Returning after the pandemic and at a time of crisis in Ukraine, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Annual Meeting for 2022 focused its members and participants on the turbulence the world was facing in 2022 and beyond.
For the first time in its history, the conference was held on the continent of Africa, opening up to even more participants.
We once again embarked on the task of branding the event and venue, collaborating with Event Print in Marrakech on the print and installation.
The identity is was inspired by the arches surrounding and contained within the walled city of Marrakech. The logo was based on Bab Agnaou, one of the most imposing archways into the city, while the core element of the look and feel were the continuous line archways. These represented the forward progress made by EBRD, as well as the intercontinental link of all the members and beneficiaries.
From concept to completion
Arriving 7 days before the event began, we worked closely with the team at Event Print to install the hundreds of pieces of artwork.
